1. We will only ship our products after full payment is received.
2. All pre-order are considered actual order. Full payment is required to process order.

Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.

Pre-order items

1. We will place order on our Preorder items  on every 10th, 20th and 30th of every month. You are welcome to place as many orders before the cut off date.
2. Pre-order cut off date & time: 10th, 20th and 30th of every month at 12 pm.
3. It only takes 8 - 9 business days for our customers to receive their Pre-ordered items after the cut off date.

Ready Stock items

1. We will be sending out items on next business day before 5pm after customer's full payment has been received.
2. Customer should be expecting their items to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after full payment has been made. For customers in Sabah and Sarawak, it should be within 3 to 7 business days
3. We will be sending the items either by Skynet, Citylink or Pos Laju Malaysia depending on location and items as we will strive to provide the cheapest courier.
4. Tracking no. will be provided to each successful order

Shipping Rates

1. We try our best to provide the cheapest, fastest and reliable courier services to all our customers. Therefore, depending on items, locations and weight, we will use either Skynet, Citylink or Pos Laju Malaysia to deliver our items.
2. Do rest assured that we will only take the cheapest rate shipping services so you won't be charged with unexpectedly high shipping fees or higher shipping rate than the actual rate.
3. Therefore sometimes you may receive different products separately from 2 different courier services.
